day three

so it was my first official day with doing two shakes and my first day at atleast one job with doing the diet... i had a shake and a tea around 130-2 and i was hungry by 4ish i think bc the shake was just the powder and milk.. so when i go to work i had two string cheeses mozzarella and a small thing of grapes. then 45 mins later i had a protein bar that filled me until i went on break at 830.. on break i had a Caesar salad and a pudding ... i was full until i got home.. i was so excited to get home and have a shake i guess thats a good thing i made a shake with strawberries and half a banana and it was really good my mom tired it as well as my dad and they both liked it... i need to get back on a schedule with sleeping so im gonna be forced to get out of bed at 11...
