week 7 check in

i know i know i have posted in a long time... i have been to three different weigh ins... so far i have lost 4.5 lbs... 5.5 lbs of pure body fat and a total of 25 inches!!! it will be 2 months on the 4th or 8th (i forget when i started) i am so excited.. alot of ppl are stating to tell that i have lost weight which is an amazing feeling i can tell bc i am down to a size 16 in ae jeans!! and their starting to get big on me but the 14s are just a little too snug.. so in 2 more weeks the 14s will fit and that was my goal!!!! i am so excited i am sticking to this i know i have cheated a good bit so monday i am putting the diet into full gear since the phils is almost over i can actually eat a good dinner and not just tuna fish every day.... posted is the newest pic! u can tell and my shirt is sitting weird

week one results

so i went for my weight in on fri i know i know im late well i loast 6.75 inches all around and 3.5 lbs.! i know its not much but its a start.... i am going back on fri i know this week it wont be as much bc i was down the shore so i did get to have two shakes a day

day five

so i am almost done week 1 !! ! just one more day :) ... so today i had a shake a vitamin and tea for lunch around 2.. i didnt get hungry until 7 so i had 5 tacos for dinner with a vitamin and tea.. i was filled till 1130 so i made a shake and had a vitamin.. along with 1/3 cup of hash browns ive noticed that after i drink the tea i get more engerized... i find myself not getting as hungry but i think its still gonna take a few more weeks .. my body needs to get use to not eating as much .. i looked at the other products and after august ill have enough saved up for the cruise! so im gonna try adding the protein powder as well as another vitamin that helps control hungry soo well see

day four

soo i didnt post yesterday it was jsut a bad day not for the diet but for other things... um but i had shake for lunch... at work i had a grilled chicken sandwich with a salad i was gonna have another shake when i got home but all i wanted to do was go to bed...


today was a day game soo i had a shake and a tea for breakfast.. for lunch i had a hotdog and fries when i got home at 5 i had some strawberries then i had a shake and tea at 8 for dinner.. for snack i had string cheese.. i think im hungy bc im not use to not eating this little... tomorrow since im off ill get up have a shake and tea same for lunch and ill have an actually dinner... i find that im not gettin as tired throughout the day which is awesome!! oh and i had a protein bar between 12 and 1230 lol
im excited to go to my first weightin .. i know im down a good 5 lbs bc its all water weight stupid aunt dot... but im excited to see!!

day three

so it was my first official day with doing two shakes and my first day at atleast one job with doing the diet... i had a shake and a tea around 130-2 and i was hungry by 4ish i think bc the shake was just the powder and milk.. so when i go to work i had two string cheeses mozzarella and a small thing of grapes. then 45 mins later i had a protein bar that filled me until i went on break at 830.. on break i had a Caesar salad and a pudding ... i was full until i got home.. i was so excited to get home and have a shake i guess thats a good thing i made a shake with strawberries and half a banana and it was really good my mom tired it as well as my dad and they both liked it... i need to get back on a schedule with sleeping so im gonna be forced to get out of bed at 11...

so i went and got the shakes.. so excited to actually start it tomorrow... all i had today to eat was crab fries at flight night i know i know i cheated.. i had one shake today.. i need to start eating small meals instead of gettin myself hungry like this

day one

i went to the first meeting today everyone was so encourgaging i loved it!! i got weighed measured and had a body scan the results werent as bad as i thought my body is half muscle and half fat.. the coach said all of my goals are easy and if i lose more then awesome!

i had my first shake i was so hungry when i went .. it was vanilla with fresh strawberries.. the shake was good! and it made me stuffed like overly stuffed.. tthen she gave me the tea that they had i had lemon it in.. it was drinking watered down ice tea with lemon but it was still good.. i was freaking out about money but i realized that i spend 30 dollars a month between the gym&tanning and netflix.. i dont even use either.. so thats 30 that can go towards my meals... the shakes u have two a day and that replaces breakfast and lunch and ill have a meal for dinner... soo there goes going to wawa before work and spending 10 or so dollars on two meals... all in all its gonna save me money and my mom is gonna give me 20 a month to help... i am excited to see how much weight i lose....

money is just hard right now bc my one job is barely giving me hours and i need to pay for a cruise (thats why im really losing the weight) but i figured with an extra 50(the money my moms giving me and the money im saving on the gym and netflix) it can go towards this and ill onl have to 20 out of pocket which isnt bad a month... the pic was taken back in jan but its the only recent pic that i have thats full body...

i am going back tomorrow to get my shakes and tea and vitamins and i am going every week to get weighed and measured
