day five

so i am almost done week 1 !! ! just one more day :) ... so today i had a shake a vitamin and tea for lunch around 2.. i didnt get hungry until 7 so i had 5 tacos for dinner with a vitamin and tea.. i was filled till 1130 so i made a shake and had a vitamin.. along with 1/3 cup of hash browns ive noticed that after i drink the tea i get more engerized... i find myself not getting as hungry but i think its still gonna take a few more weeks .. my body needs to get use to not eating as much .. i looked at the other products and after august ill have enough saved up for the cruise! so im gonna try adding the protein powder as well as another vitamin that helps control hungry soo well see
