soo i didnt post yesterday it was jsut a bad day not for the diet but for other things... um but i had shake for lunch... at work i had a grilled chicken sandwich with a salad i was gonna have another shake when i got home but all i wanted to do was go to bed...
today was a day game soo i had a shake and a tea for breakfast.. for lunch i had a hotdog and fries when i got home at 5 i had some strawberries then i had a shake and tea at 8 for dinner.. for snack i had string cheese.. i think im hungy bc im not use to not eating this little... tomorrow since im off ill get up have a shake and tea same for lunch and ill have an actually dinner... i find that im not gettin as tired throughout the day which is awesome!! oh and i had a protein bar between 12 and 1230 lol
im excited to go to my first weightin .. i know im down a good 5 lbs bc its all water weight stupid aunt dot... but im excited to see!!
